Classic Ikon was designed to marry style and functionality from handle to tip. The 2/3rd bolster allows you to sharpen the whole length of the blade. The tomato knife cuts easily through tomatoes and is a wonderful appetizer knife.
The ultra-smooth polypropylene handle offers durability, resisting cracking and warping, while curving gently to nestle snugly in the user's hand. To promote greater control, the balanced bolster contributes to safety and strength. The handle is finished off with a traditional triple rivet and exposed full tang.

I bought this knife as a gift for my daughter to add to her basic set of Wusthof knives. Not only does it function as a tomato knife, but also as a small bread knife, making it very versatile.

This Classic Ikon Knife is amazing to cut up as many Tomato's as required with ease It's sharp points help lift slices around and the hand never tires. A great knife for the price.
