Great Knife...But too pricey

Love the feel of this knife. Good balance and easy to use. However, I found the price to be a bit high.

I needed a good carving knife as the ones I was using were ancient and not that good a quality. I used this new knife for the first time to slice pot roast and it did a wonderful job.
