Classic ChillOut Insulated Tote (19x16-in.): Red by Rachael Ray

When I first got my bag, I was very pleased with it. It is of good size and I thought the insulation was very nicely done. I didn't check it out too much past that. The first day that I used it, I put items in it and zipped it up. The zipper zipped all the way to the end, but it did not seal. I did that a couple of times back and forth and it did not seal. Finally, it seemed to seal well enough. I wasn't impressed.

I was not expecting the tote to be as large as it was when I received it, but I know that I will put it to good use. I actually was wanting something a little larger than the lunch tote bags that are available.

Very nice but a little too small my my use

The zipper on my insulated tote is faulty. When zipped, it often pulls open in the middle. After zipping and unzipping several times, it usually catches and remains closed. For the price I payed for this item, I found it inferior due to this zipper problem. I did not use this item until spring, as I did not need an insulated bag for groceries until the weather was hot. By that time I felt that it was probably too late to return the item. I love the insulated bag, I just wish the zipper were of a higher quality --- as it should be to carry the Rachel Ray name.

I bought this mainly for travel and carrying frozen items home from the bulk foods store. My only complaint is that the zipper sticks in one spot. My guess is that one day it will break at the spot and will render the tote cooler useless.
