Had a 6 inch serrated knife from Wusthof for years. Used it to cut bagels.<br>Read "Stir" by Barbara Lynch and decided that I really needed a longer knife if I was going to make the grilled cheese sandwich to go with the insanely delicious and easy tomato soup.<br>Will probably berate and kick myself for at least a few weeks for being so cheap and not getting this knife at least ten years ago.
