I liked it so much that I gave the extra bottle away as a gift to a friend. It is wonderful with chicken or on pound cake with ice cream.

Wow...is this sauce amazing! I used a recipe found on the site (stuffed chicken breasts listed with this sauce as part of the recipe) and even my fussy "plain food, nothing fancy" hubby loved it! It adds a flavor I can't describe -- both sweet & tangy -- you just have to try it!

Made the Cherry Balsamic Grilled Stuffed Chicken Breasts and they were awesome. I will experiment with the sauce and hopefully find some other delicious ways to use it.

I love Paula, but this was a real disappointment..

There is a recipe for stuffed chicken breasts with proscuitto, swiss, and cherries. I used the glaze with this recipe. Amazing. My husband is a very picky eater with a more "meat and potatoes" kind of palate, but he really liked it.
