I couldn't find these ramekins in any stores around where I live. I wanted them to use with a creme brulee burner and ramekin set I already have, which only came with four dishes.
not at all what I expected or needed too small for my use but good quality workmanship so I will keep and hope to find a use for them
The oval shape is rather pretty, and the size makes these useful as side dishes for condiments as well as individual baking dishes for custards. I almost didn't buy them because they hold only 4 ounces, but I had not realized how often I would use them as a cooking aid.
These are great for a small dessert or individual side dish. Clean up easily too!
These ramekins are so cute and so little, I fell in love with them the moment I took them out the box, although I didn't think they'd be so small, but I still think it's cute.
