It was time to replace our very old calphalon set, and I wanted something that was also dishwasher safe, not a hand wash only. Comparing all the sets, reading all of the reviews (not just on this site) this set was highly recommended and frequently compared to the top of the line cookware sets. It is a little lighter weight than say, the upper end All-Clad, but is well manufactured, very nice feel and appearance. I am also very pleased with its performance. Comparing to the calphalon we have used for years, this set does heat up much quicker, cooks well at lower temperature, and food releases easily. Very pleased with the cookware performance.

I ordered this based on the reviews. The set was on sale but I plan to return. Food sticks terribly and the pots spotted with first use and I can't get the spots off with the recommendations. I would not recommend these to anyone.

I LOVE these pots and pans! When I purchased them I read the reviews and had concerns about food sticking to the bottoms. Let's just say if you are having this issues you must not be a very good cook and may want to "stick" to Teflon. I did have to adjust my heat as I too have noticed the temperature of the stainless gets a bit hotter, quicker. Chicken is delicious! The way the stainless browns the outside......Yum! The pots are easy to handle as the handles do not get hot. I do wish there were grad handles on all of the pots but good luck finding that with any set......All in all, the cookwear cooks well, clean up easy and are a GREAT addition to our household for a good price/value. I would definately recvommend them!

I got tired of purchasing non-stick pots and pans every couple of years because of surface wearing out. I bought the Cuisinart stainless steel for the look and value. I'm happy with the deal, thanks.

AWSOME! I have always loved to cook. Now, I finally have a professional cookwear set. I have used almost every piece and I love it. It heats quickly and cooks evenly. You need not use high heat. Medium heat is sufficient (so you don't use as much gas or electric, so you save a little bit on the bills). The handles don't get too hot at all. They clean super easy, and look great. They are rated up to 500 degrees in the oven! My wife has no problem with the weight of any of the pieces. Highly Recommend!

these pans are a complete waste of money, everything sticks, ruins everything I make, and generally requires me to boil water in then to clean them. This will be the last time I buy a pan set online reguardless of the "discount" they offer.

I love, love, love these pans. There is a great selection of pieces and they clean up great. The bottom will look a little cloudy, but a good scrub takes care of that. They go in and out of the dishwasher beautifully.

This is the first set of cookware that I've bought in 30 yrs. of marriage. Have always been given cookware of much lesser quality.

This cookware is a professional grade and for those that love to cook (I do) this is a dream set. I never had pots that heat up so quickly and the heat evenly dispersed. They are heavy but easy to pick up. The only downside is that once you wash they spot on the bottom inside, but this in no way affects their cooking. It's more the nature of stainless steel than the pots themselves. I am SO happy with my selection, it's brought my cooking to a new level and much more fun to cook now! The quality is spectacular, the ease of use of wonderful. Superior product set.

I have only used a few pieces of the cookware, but they have performed well. I am pleased by the small amount of heat needed with these pans. Clean up is easy if you follow the instructions. This is a great set for the money!

Great set of cookware,high quality, very satisfied

This set has the basic necessities--bonded bottoms that transmit heat evenly, metal handles that stay cool, covers that fit, comfortable weight. Beyond that, most of the items were types and sizes that I needed, so I could retire some older, worn out pieces. The shortcoming is that the sides get much hotter and burn on oil, so they don't clean easily. You have to spend a lot more for stainless cookware that doesn't have that problem. What remains to be seen is how durable the bonded parts and the handles are. The bottom plate of a similarly constructed stainless saucepan I got at Dehillerin in Paris in 1984 finally detached this year. I hope these last that long at least.

Just replaced my newlywed cookware - from 45 years ago - with this new set. So far I'm really liking the way it cooks things and clean up is easy. For the money, it's a great value.

I got this set because we wanted to get away from nonstick cookware. My wife has been looking for a stainless set for a long time nowand came across this set. I took one look and saw the price and the quality of the brand and the amount of pieces. I have seen this set for a lot more and not as much on peices. Just remember to follow the heating directions and you can not go wrong.

Cookware set was exactly as shown on the web site. The price was very reasonable. We had priced this same set at department stores and none of the stores had the sale price as low as the Food Network Store.

I bought the set as a gift for my daughter in-law. She wanted to have a real set of cookware instead of her hodgepodge pans. They were gorgeous and she loves them. She really likes to cook and enjoys the ease of their use.
