Chef's Classic Nonstick Tube Cake Pan (9-in.) by Cuisinart

I was looking for a tube pan that was all one piece (no removable bottom). I searched several vendors and the descriptions of their pans all stated that their pans had removable bottoms. <br><br>When I found your site I was so pleased to read the product description didn't list one of the features as having aremovable bottom so I assumed that the pan was all one piece. When it arrived in the mail it did in fact have a removable bottom (not what I was looking for). I think maybe the description should be updated on-line so people know when they are purchasing that this product has a removable bottom.

This is a tube pan for angel food cake. I was looking for a regular tube to bake a<br> regular old fashion pound cake in, a pan that the batter will not drip out of in the<br> oven. I ordered this pan thinking its inside was not removable. I have to say upon receipt I noticed that it had a removable insert. It was hard to send it back because it was truly a nice pan. However, what I needed was just a regular pound cake pan. For anyone needing an Angel Food Cake Pan it was beautiful.

This is a great product!! My cakes come out moist and it doesn't stick. Great value for little money. I would purchase this again when needed.
