Great product at an excellent price

This casserole is the perfect size for my family! It heats evenly and quickly, goes from stove top to oven and is amazingly simple to clean as well: faced with baked in pasta noodles with cheese and sauce, I just soaked it in warm soapy water for 30 mins and it all came off with a bit of scrubbing with a sponge!<br><br>It's about half the price of a Le Creuset equivalent, and I can't imagine what I'd get for paying that premium. In fact I used that money to buy a second identical casserole, for when company comes over -- I just fit two of these side-by-side in my oven, and in about 40 minutes time cook dinner for 20+ people!<br>

I love it! It is everything I expected it to be, well worth the money. It arrived sooner than expected, which is always nice. I only had it a week and used it four times to make the family dinner. It is my favorite cooking utensil!

learning to cook with enamel cast iron cookwa

I love this casserole. Only problem is after I used it and cleaned it I put it on top of my stove top(electric stove).I turned on the wrong burner and did not realize it. The casserole heated up and stuck to the burner!! Some of the enamel came off the bottom of the pan. Seems this type of cook ware is O K to use on top of the stove but not at a high heat and certainly not a dry heat. My mistake and hopefully this will not effect the cooking in the future use of my new casserole.
