A cheese grater and storage container, all in one, what more could one ask for!!! Non-skid when in use, has many grating selections and dishwasher safe to boot! A wonderful product.

I'm always grating cheese for pasta, nachos, eggs, or other meals. I've had several graters in my day, and so far I like this one the best. The container catches most of the gratings and works well for temp. storage.

This grater is a little hard to use. It is not as sharp as microplane but so far I have not grated my nuckles off either. Wish they would design one more at a natural angle in stead of up and down. Some day I'll have the best one ever but for now I'll have to keep looking. Love how it is dishwasher safe.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

We hate wasting good ingredients- especially pricey ones like Parmesan cheese. When you've grated every last bit, save the Parmesan rinds for the next time you're making soups or stews. Tossing it into the pot while cooking is an easy way to add rich flavor.
