Cast iron all the way! I love this cookware! My Mom and Grandma used this but weren't able to pass any down to me so I had to buy new. This is the place! It is pre-seasoned if you want just like if you were getting it from a relative. Wonderful!

we cooked some steaks in this product and they came out remarkable. The steaks had the appearance of be made in a fine restaurant. My son, who works in a local restaurant, wants to order a few for work.

Love this pan.

I've enjoyed using this pan. The food comes out with an outdoor grilled flavor. The only reason this pan gets a four is because it is a little hard to clean. Thought the food does come out perfect. I would buy this pan again.

I was surprised that the grill pan was Emerialware. I have several other Emeril products, I consider these and the grill pan excellent.
