Cast Iron Reversible Grill/Griddle (20x10.5-in.) by Emeril from All-Clad

I followed the instructions for using the grill. I sprayed it with cooking spray and meats, chicken, and fish all stuck to the grill surface. The fish was completely ruined, and trying to clean the grill was a nightmare with all of the food items still clinging to it. The griddle side was no better. The pancakes stuck to the surface and were not fit to eat. I hate this item and have since stopped using it.

It is a little hard to clean and difficult to use on an electric stove top. Still, we use it and enjoy the food cooked on it.

This grill/griddle is really well made. But keep in mind that because it is cast iron, it is very heavy and cumbersome. And when it gets hot it stays hot for a while. And it is so big that there are not many places you can move it out of the way to if you want to use the stove for other things.

While this griddle heated beautifully on 2 burners & cooked our steaks to perfection it is very heavy. I took the pan that came with my off off & replaced it with this one because I didn't want to be lifting this too often.

LOVE IT! Cooks wonderfully...should have gotten one sooner. I use Le Cresuet cast iron cleaner on it as well...
