Cast Iron Reversible Grill/Griddle (20x10.5-in.) by Emeril from All-Clad

This grill/griddle is extremely functional. I am having problems, however, with items sticking to it unless I really add a lot of oil to the surface. I'm hoping that it just needs to be broken in over time to make it easier to use. Also, it does not sit flush on my stove burners. That was disappointing.

I wish it were more clealy mentiomed that the griddle is very heavy. I have artheitis an sometimes need help moving it

GREAT GREAT GREAT. Buy one and you will love it. The reversible grill/griddle cooks very good. I made steak for the first time and it cooked it evenly and taste so good. It didnt dry out steak. Nice and juicy. Its best to use this product if you have a gas stove. But make sure you have your gas set on low because this grill heats fast and if set to high your grill will start to burn. I used electric grills in the past and it does'nt heat up as well as gas ranges do. Remember to use Pam or any non stick oil before you heat up your grill for easy clean up. I find using a baby bottle brush gets between the grills cleaned and it doesnt scratch the grill at all. I use the Munchkn baby bottle brush and add dish detergent on the brush and scrub. It comes clean and does'nt leave any cooking marks from grilling or any scratches. I love it.

What a great item....Cook like to pro's...multiple cooking applications from eggs & pancakes to grilled vegetables , steaks, fish etc. Drip gutter makes cleaning easier, and cooking with less overall spatter. Great for a gas stove top. I use it almost every day...

My last one did crack, but I liked it so much I wanted a new one. Better for a gas stove, but if you have electric just don't go too hot.
