I didn't look closely when I ordered and made an incorrect assumption that the product was sugar-free. I tried it once and need to give it a second chance. I am Diabetic and would prefer a sugar-free version. I regularly purchase a coffee frapachino with sugar-free carmel flavoring added and hoped that this would be a close second. It wasn't. Have you considered the sugar free option? Thanks, Pat Larsen

Although I really like the taste of caramel, this flavor was not good. I would not purchase this particular flavor again.

I did not really care for this product. I do love the VIA coffees but there was a strange taste with the caramel.

I wish that your shipping total was a little less.
