Fits a half sheet pan perfectly. The grid is nice as I was making some small cookies that fell through the parallel grate on my old cooling rack. Worked great for cooking bacon in the oven.

I have been looking for cooling racks that fit into my sheet pans for a while now and could never find just the right size. When I found these on Food Network I was thrilled. They were shipped right away and I have been thrilled with them! They fit perfectly into my sheet pans and with the grid pattern things like cookies do not fall thru. Love them!!!

Chicago Metallic Cooking Racks 12x17

These racks are ESSENTIAL pieces of equipment for any serious kitchen, especially if you're using food-industry standard "half-sheet" baking pans. I see a LOT of TV chefs using these for cooling cookies and other baked goods, but also in conjunction with the baking pans so you can drizzle ising on cookies, or rolls, or shortbread and the pan underneath will catch the excess. Sometimes you might want to bake something where the food needs to be on a rack and not on the pan itself, so having a close-fitting cooling rack which fits inside your half-sheet baking pans is a necessity.
I had a very hard time trying to find properly-fitting racks in local stores, so I bought these online and am very satisfied which how they fit. And, they come with a non-stick coating which really helps when it comes time to clean them.

Cooling racks are items one doesn't usually think about, these do their job, clean up well and wait for another day. The larger size is convenient for cookies and cupcakes, as well as loaves. Good value!

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

When freezing summer berries, spread them out in a single layer on baking sheets and freeze overnight. Then, transfer to freezer bags for storage. Freezing them individually before bagging them prevents the berries from freezing together, which means they'll be recipe-ready whenever you are.
