We cook a lot especially when our children & grandchildren are here for the holidays. Love the stainless steel butter warmers very much.. They keep your butter nice and hot for your seafood. Would highly recomend them. We have been hunting for these for a very long time.

One of the warmers arrived without the bottom ring to hold the candle holder, so it was not usable as a warmer. Called customer service and supposedly the manufacturer will send a new one. Somewhar difficult to reach candle holder cup and to keep candles lit, but overall nice look and good price. The three that I used really kept the butter super hot (lobster tails) and added a nice touch to my table setting! Good for casual and formal dining. Would buy more and recommend to others

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Remember that when melting chocolate for a chocolate fondue, never add water! Adding water to chocolate causes it to "seize"- meaning the cocoa particles separate from the cocoa butter, causing it to become grainy and unusable. Instead, use a few tablespoons of cream to melt chocolate- and make sure to gently warm the cream before adding it to the melting chocolate.
