This book was recommended to me by a pastry chef at a class where we were baking autumn tarts in a brick oven. It's a great book; I don't have my own brick oven, but now I want one!

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Have some day-old bread lying around? Don't toss it; instead, use it to make delicious French toast for breakfast, or cut up into cubes to make homemade stuffing, bread pudding, or croutons.
