Bread Box (11x17-in.): White by Polder

I returned this product twice because both items were damaged. Without damages it might be a good value but on two occasions the product had dents and scratches. I decided not to try again!

We loved everything about the bread box EXCEPT the fact that the hinge snapped off shortly after received it. We returned the product, disgruntled that we had to go through the hassle and cost of shipping a product back--one of the ever-present risks to shopping online.

I was disappointed in this bread box. It felt flimsy and the sliding door did not completely close, thereby defeating the whole purpose of keeping the bread fresh!

I had to hire a handyman to attach the door of the breadbox, using nuts and bolts which he provided. The fasteners you shipped with the breadbox would not work. However it does provide an attractive and convenient place to store a loaf of bread.

I ordered this breadbox strictly for the color - I had previously seen another brand in black that had been discontinued - and although I am happy with the color, I am somewhat disappointed in the quality of the product vis a vis the cost. The discontinued item was originally the same price and of a better quality.

It looks great on the counter and is much larger than I thought it would be from the picture.

I would recommend this product.
Roomy inside, yet takes up little counter space.

I love the size and shape of this bread box. The color matches with my other items in my kitchen. The only thing is that one of the brads that held the lid in place fell out. My husband was able to fix it.

I'm very happy with this.

Attractive, clears counter space and keeps your kitchen neat. Holds several bread items. Not a heavy metal container. I have not found it to hold breads too much longer than without. But still, a nice addition for decor purposes.

I recently purchased black appliances for the kitchen and wanted a black bread box to match. This is bit pricey but decided to get it. It serves the purpose - came very well packaged and I like it.

I was very pleased with my purchase. E-mails kept me updated as to status of order. My breadbox arrived safely and it was what I expected. It's very roomy inside, easy to clean and looks great on my kitchen counter.

I can't say I am using this as it's intended use. I am using it to hold my puppy's dog treats, etc. It works perfectly in my kitchen and am very happy with my purchase.

I like it. It's not too big, the color is good and for the price, the quality is good as well. It fits my need perfectly.

Simple with clean lines, and that was just what I was looking for.

I love the bread box as it was just what I was looking for. Only one little plastic piece was broken off when we got it, but considering it didn't change how it could be used or the aesthetics, we didn't go through the hassle of exchanging it. It's the perfect piece for it's use.

well worth the purchase price, looks excellent sitting on the countertop. You could actually use it to just keep the clutter down!

I love the sleek look and it's compatability with my other black appliances.

It is smaller than some breadboxes but that's why I purchased it. That way I don't let bundles of bread stack up unnecessarily.
