Bourbon Vanilla Extract (8-oz.) by Nielsen-Massey Vanillas

I've been using this vanilla for years. I love it! I also use the vanilla bean paste for extra vanillaness (is that a word?)

I purchased this vanilla for myself but after cooking with it, I had to get some for my daughters for Christmas (it is a little pricey and they are on very limited budgets). Anyway, THEY LOVE IT TOO. It makes the flavor of baked goods richer and buttercream frosting never tasted so good!

it maybe a bit expensive but it makes a big difference in your baking results.

i have not used a good vanilla such as this in cooking before and having had this I see that I really missed out. I will certainly be back for more of this

I do a lot of baking for the Holidays and only use the best REAL vanilla. This is so much better than the grocery store product you might buy. I buy a new bottle every year so it's fresh. This is a bigger size, but because it's so good you may use it more often!

I have used this vanilla for 2 years now. The aroma and taste is amazing. Im so happy you carry the 8oz bottle. It makes less trips to the store for me. I bake cakes and cookies for people and they love the icing i make for both. I beleive the vanilla is the secret, but i'll never tell. Thank you so much.

I had a friend who owned a Cookie store and her cookies were always so good. She said she always used pure vanilla extract and it really makes a difference in baking. So I tried it and have used it my baking and making ice cream and it does make a difference. I won't use anything else.

I used to think I was using the best vanilla because I was buying top-brand, REAL vanilla in the supermarket. This product is as superior to that (very good) item as that item is to the cheap "vanilin" stuff we all scorn!

Love me some good vanilla but don't like the price. I did a test run I made two custards one using this vanilla and the other one using the cheaper vanilla and to no ones surpise the pricier vanilla tasted way better. So now it doesn't bother me for paying soo much more then I'm use too for vanilla. Truly a great buy!

Real wonderful vanilla flavor without the overpowering fruitiness of tahatian (SP?)

I am very pleased with this vanilla. I notice TV cooks using this bottle and wanted to try it. It is as good as you would imagine. This is not the first time I have purchased this brand. I am just a home cook but I have already used up one bottle and came back for a second.
