Get chopping using the block of professionals. This Pro Chef Butcher Block is part of the Boos and Company collection, suppliers to restaurants, butchers and even the White House. The sturdy block is made from hard rock maple, with a 10-in. deep cutting block on top that's hand-finished using mineral oil and paraffin to help prevent nicks and also prevent bacteria from penetrating the surface. This model measures 34-in. tall, so it's comfortable to stand and chop at the same time. It also has a knife rack attached to the side, so you're ready to prep food at a moment's notice. It's a valuable piece that will last for generations. Surface is 24-in. x 18-in.

I am very pleased with the John Boos butcher block. The quality is excellent and it was easy to assemble (install the legs).
