would have liked to see more pictures and regualr day cooking nothing fancy.
Bobby Flay is one of the best chef's celebrated on your network. He is innovative, creative and down-to-earth. Because he is likable, and already presents wonderful recipes on his shows, his cookbooks reflect that charisma and taste. My family will enjoy attempting the various recipes and foods!
This book was purchased for my son, who loves to grill. We both have found numerous recipes to try and find the book very pleasing. Bobby knows how to do it well!!
LOVE IT!!! Takes the simple, basic grilling method for each type of food, then expands it with interesting twists. I so enjoyed my copy, that I recommended it to my daughter and daughter-in-law. We gave each family a new grill for Christmas, and they are going almost page by page through the book and having a blast. Since my son and daughter-in-law live in a cold climate, they are grilling even in lousy weather because they enjoy the recipes.
I like Bobby Flay anyway and this book came highly recommended, but I was still pleasantly surprised that there were so many recipes I wanted to use right away! Fantastic cookbook and nothing really out of the ordinary. I can find everything I need easily at my local grocery store if I don't have it already.
I've grilled steak on the BBQ hundreds of times. Now I've realized how better they would have been if I had purchased this book sooner! Steaks, Veal, Chicken and Scallops have taken on a whole new flavor. I'll be using my grill through the entire Winter!

I got this book for my brother's birthday. He was very pleased with the book. He can't wait to try every recipe in it. The tips section in the book is very helpful as well. He has always loved Bobby Flay's cooking shows and this book has many wonderful recipes.
This book has been very helpful and informational for grilling. I would recomend anyone starting out grilling to use this book. It is nice to have pictures of what the food should look like and almost all of the recipes are delicious.

My Son is grown with a family of his own, and every year for his birthday I wonder what I will get him this year. Well he's been grilling alot this year so I got him GRILL IT, cause I Love Bobby Flay and he's the BEST with the grill. It was a GREAT GIFT, my Son grilled all weekend and I didn't have to Cook! If you are looking for some new ideas for the grill this book has some good ones. Traditional Bobby takes a new look at working the grill. I would recommend this for the griller needing some inspiration.

I love Bobby Flay and watch him all the time. His cookbooks are easy to follow and fun to cook. The recipes are all wonderful and a crowd pleaser at my home BBQ's.

This cookbook is excellent, if you enjoy grilling! Its chapters are broken out by food type (beef, chicken, shrimp, eggplant, etc.), so you can flip right to the chapter you're interested in. I've made several recipes already (steaks, corn and shrimp) and have gotten rave reviews from may family. Bobby's recipes are so full of wonderful flavors and a joy to eat. This was an excellent addition to my cookbook library!
I love this book. The recipes range from simple and easy to make to somewhat more challenging. Regardless of the difficulty they are all awesome. Also, another cool thing is the range of recipes it has...everything from beef to lamb to seafood to dessert. I highly recommend this book for anyone who enjoys putting a little effort into their BBQ!

Before serving cooked meat, be sure to let it rest for several minutes. It will actually continue to cook after coming out of the oven or off the grill. Also, allowing it to rest will keep your meat tender and juicy.
