great book to expand your burger designs, cannot wait to work my way though this book
This is a great practical book, nothing fancy just something that we can use all the time. It is for food we all eat and all the recipies are easy to follow and use simple ingredients. A good book for anybody's collection.
The book has interesting recipes for burgers and fries. What I did notice that all of the burgers were seasoned with salt and pepper only and the fixings is what made them special. I realized that Bobby was teaching you that if you know the basics then you can add anything you like to make your burgers, fires and shakes your own. Great book for anyone and a great book for beginners. I'm giving this book to my nieces; they will enjoy it.

I NEVER thought I would EVER buy a book for my husband as a gift. But, when his birthday came around this year and he, once again, had nothing but expensive "toys" on his list, I new I had to find something great that he hadn't thought of! We were flipping channels and HE stopped on a Bobby Flay show and became excited when he noticed that they were doing a mini marathon on FoodNetwork. My husband is a traditional meat and potatoes man, but likes a splash of green here and there. He recieved this book for his birthday and "Bobby Flay Grill It" for Father's Day. He was shocked, surprised, and skipped his nightly computer time to thumb through and pick out his culinary ventures for the week!
