    I ended up returning the book for another of his more recent books. I'd bought it as a gift, but it had a lack-lustre presentation compared to the more modern style of cookbook presentations. Condsidering the price I would say if a customer is looking only for some recipes it would be worth it. However if a customer is looking for great recipes with stylish presentation and photo design, I'd say pay the higher price for a more recently published cook book. I won't buy something sight unseen again on-line. Love his newer Bar Americain cookbook though!

    I haven't actually cooked anything from this book yet but I love all of Bobby Flay's recipes. Haven't found one I didn't like yet.
