Best Ever!
by Gayle, CA

The Emile Henry 9X13 bakeware is the best purchase ever! It bakes mac & cheese superbly as well as any au gratin dish. Even heating is a plus and the cleanup a whiz. I also purchased a smaller version of the square baker and it performed the same as above. I'm in the process of adding more Emile Henry ceramic products. I might add that the baker is a bit heavy, but, that doesn't outweigh the benefits.

After fighting with my other baking dishes that had no handles I finally decided it was time to find something else. Instead of purchasing the glass pyrex brand I decided to go ahead and spend the extra money and give Emile Henry a shot. After all - they are made in France - how could I go wrong. Emile Henry meets all expectations and then more. I have a pie dish by Emile Henry and made a pecan pie in it for Thanksgiving. I was expecting to have to soak the pie dish overnight because pecan pies can be rather sticky. Not a problem. The pie dish came out (hand washing) perfect with no effort of scrubbing. I now have 5 different size casserole dishes and 3 pie dishes. Well worth the price.

Wouldn't bake with anything else
by Martha, NM

Cooks evenly, never burns, cleans up like a breeze. I've been steadily replacing all my other bake ware with Emile Henry. Once you use this you'll never go back to Pyrex.

This dish is fabulous. I wished I had purchased it sooner. I am going to purchase one in a larger size. It cooks/bakes evenly. Clean up is a snap. I love this dish!!

Wonderful
by Pamela, CO

I absolutely love this lasagna dish, as well as all the other emile henry dishes that I own. Because it is thick walled and heavy, nothing will burn in it (my thinner walled pans always seem to burn things, of course, I realize that you could burn something in it eventually, but probably not under normal conditions). It is also really easy to clean. I highly recommend it!

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Lasagna is the perfect make-ahead meal because it freezes and reheats beautifully. After baking, let it rest and freeze in whole or individual portions.
