Melted the first time I used it.

I was so sad when I moved to a place that had a basic stove, without any of the great functions my last one had....like a timer! We absolutely needed this. It's magnetic, so I placed it on the stove so I can see exactly how much time I had, and when I put something in the oven for only 5 min....the timer got so hot! The buttons melted to the inside, and it wouldn't stop beeping! Not only did I burn my bread, but I burned my hand as well! I've since picked up a cheaper timer, and I keep it on the fridge.

THIS WAS LARGER THAN THE ONES WE GOT BEFORE BUT WE USE TIMERS FOR EVERYTHING FROM COOKING, TO WHEN TO TAKE THE CLOTHES OUT OF THE WASH AND PUT IN THE DRYER AND ALSO REMOVE THEM.

this is terrific, with nice large buttons to press and large display that's easy to read. the only drawback I find is that the magnet on the back is not strong enough to hold this upright on my refrigerator.
