    This item is way better than the flimsy thin products on the market today. It has a heavier bottom and is a quality product. Coating is very good. I recommend this item to all..

    One way to ensure a beautiful cheesecake is to properly care for your springform pan.To prevent warping, make sure to always position it on a flat surface before opening. Simply holding it in mid-air while opening will cause the pan to lose its perfectly round shape. When finished, be sure to wash by hand and let air-dry on dish towel placed on a flat surface. Store the pan in a box or other safe place so it won't risk getting dented by your other cookware or bakeware items.
