My Wife Thinks I'm a Genius
by Brian, MS
December 30, 2008

A year and a half ago my wife and I had just married. She was slightly disappointed that no one had gotten us something that we had put on our wedding shower list. She had asked for a set of pancake rings. At the time they were easy to find, but since then they had become increasingly scarce. We seemed to have looked everywhere in the following months with no luck finding them. Sometime in mid November I had a brainstorm. I decided to try and get them as a christmas gift. We had not looked for them in a while so I figured she might have forgotten them. I got on the internet and found a few, but then I found your website. I was impressed with the vast selection of products you offer. I was equally impressed with the apparent value of the item I chose. My wife had no idea what she was getting and yes, she was absolutely floored when she saw the elusive rings she had finally obtained. I got a big hug. I smiled and simply said,

I have never used either of these products and I have been cooking since I was 10 years old. Both worked beautifully. The pancakes were so cute. The bacon was perfect. My son loved the bacon.

Bacon Press - Think Panini!

This press was an absolute steal for the price. Most presses run between 29 and 69$. Great value .... and it's actually cute. I'm using it sideways to secure a stack of napkins.
Thanks

Too Cute and Functional Too
by Joyce, NY
May 23, 2010

Couldn't just throw this cutie into the tool drawer. It is displayed on my baker's rack as part of my 'kitchen art'. The wooden handle accomodates any size hand. Great for bacon as well as grilled cheese sandwiches. The Egg/Pancake rings are a practical tool to have on hand, also. They make great kid friendly pancakes.

Gift for grandson
by Betty, NV
November 9, 2010

The bacon press is identical to one I have had for years. My fifteen year old grandson who is fond of cooking for his family bemoaned the fact that his family did not own a bacon press! They are delighted with it and the pancake rings make their weekend breakfasts special...

Product excellent; ,manufacturer packing poor

These egg rings are awesome! Perfect size and do not stick if you use cooking spray. Ordered three sets but two sets of rings were bent during shipping as there wasn't any protective padding in original box. The rings were no match for the cast iron bacon press in the same box. Cooking.com replaced the rings immediately, so they are on my A-list!

Items are just as described. They are a gift which recipient hasn't received yet. He'll get for his birthday Saturday. The only thing my 16 yr old grandson cooks is bacon & eggs on the weekends. I think he'll like the gift.

everything was great, egg rings work great and bacon press is perfect for my needs. Only covers about 4 strips of bacon, But it works fine. Egg rings were perfect shape and flat no bending required as others have stated. Egg rings work so well, I had to find a square one for regular bread. Cooking.com should think about carrying a square one also.

But, I did have one problem with this set. It did not come as a set!!!
The only thing in the box was the bacon press, I was very embarrassed.
I had been raving about your web site how easy it was and how much was there, then this. I am not sure if I will order here again.
Thank you,
Christine Andrews

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Before serving cooked meat, be sure to let it rest for several minutes. It will actually continue to cook after coming out of the oven or off the grill. Also, allowing it to rest will keep your meat tender and juicy.
