Thank you for providing a quality product for a beginner pasta maker. I am very pleased with the performance of my pasta machine. When shopping for the pasta machine; I decided to use the brand that I saw Mario Batalli use. All the parts work and it did not fall apart like the other machine I purchased from another online source. Now I just need to practice to perfect my pastas.

Pasta making with the kids

Haven't used item yet! Wanted to make nutritional food with the kids. It should be better than playing with PLAYDO and you can eat it too I expected some basic pasta recipes to be included with the machine! None provided! Machine use intructions are minimal! I have read other reviews of this machine that were positive and I thought that I would give this pasta machine a shot

This is a great machine

I would definitely recommend - play with the settings, learn how to make all different types of pasta and the taste is absolutely amazing compared to all that dried pasta I bought for years. Now I'm looking for addtional attachments. I have become a homemade pasta junkie.
