Designed for cooks who appreciate the best in materials and aesthetics, our Ultimate Pan has sloped sides that allow for fast rotating or stirring of ingredients. The shape is similar to a salad bowl to allow for easy tossing of food. Restaurant tested by professional chefs, DuPont's Autograph® 2 surpasses all other standard nonstick formulas by delivering enduring nonstick performance inside and outside the pan with superior durability that stands up to the rigors of professional kitchen use. SureGrip™ Handles, a combination of 18/10 stainless steel and silicone rubber are durable and ergonomic, providing a soft, confident grip. Break-resistant, domed-shaped lid allows constant monitoring without losing heat, flavors or nutrients. Oven safe to 400°F.
The Ultimate Pan is a great value for the price. This is the first item have ordered from the Food Network store and I am very pleased. I will order ther products very soon.
I had been shopping for a deep covered fry pan for a few months and finally decided to try this one. It is exactly what I wanted, cooks perfectly and cleans easily!
I already have several of these pans. I bought this one for a gift. I love the even heating, the light weight of them, and the silicone handles that can go into the oven! The silicone is great because I have arthritis and it makes it much easier for me to grasp.
Great pan! Terrific for stir-frying and sauteeing. Non-stick surface lets food just slid out.
I like the weight and the see-thru lid. I have the similar pan by Rachel Ray and I love it. I use it nearly every day. It's very easy to clean and cooks evenly.

When you've bought some delicious fresh corn on the cob, don't shuck it until you're ready to cook it. Choose ears that feel dense and heavy for their size, and have soft silks that aren't matted or dry. The husk should be moist and green, not yellow.
