I've used this pan daily for 2 years and there is not a scratch on it. I love the
heavy weight and ease of cleaning. I bought the 8 inch and 12 inch Anolon
pans to give to my daughter for christmas.

Omelet Perfection!

This is a great little pan for omelets, singles cooking just a chop or steak or 2.. Non stick is great, works great with electric ranges, cleans well. I don't recommend Anolon for pancakes, though--unless someone knows how to make them brown. I tried butter, mix vs. home recipe, etc. Very light color and did not like the pancake consistency--Meats, eggs, veggies are all great, though! I have not cooked potatoes or other starches in my Anolon...Super versaitle and great value for money!

Excellent Small Skillet

I had to replace my old skillet so I chose this one to match my other Anolon pans I purchased from you. It is a delight to use, very even heat and a snap to clean up. It's ideal for a few burgers or a grilled cheese sandwich as it's just the right size. The skillet is nice and sturdy. I'm so pleased with it that I will order the 10 inch size on my next order. Great delivery and nicely packaged. I couldn't be happier!

I wish the handle was heat resistant the entire length, but I'll just have to be careful -- a good practice anyway.

Already got a scratch after only a few uses and I only use proper utensils!

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Reducing a sauce? Use a skillet; its larger surface area reduces sauces faster than simmering them in a saucepan.
