This saucepan lived up to my expectations. It is heavy enough to heat and cook well and it cleans easily with its nonstick coating inside and out. The lid is easy to handle and does not get too hot.

The pan is fine however, even with plastic or wooded utinsiles it scratches. I purposely bought all new utincsles when I purchased the new pots and pans. Even my wisk and pasta scooks are plastic actually they are the good ones, I paid $10.00 for each. It still scratches as if you used a metal spoon to stir.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Because of their concentrated tomato flavor, sun-dried tomatoes are excellent for quick-cook sauces. Buy the kind that are oil-packed in jars for the best taste.
