Advanced Nonstick Double Burner Griddle (18x10-in.) by Anolon

I bought this product because it was recommended by America's Test Kitchen, and I needed to replace my 12" nonstick everyday pan. My husband used it to cook eggs and French toast, and I used it to cook pan-fried fish. We both loved the size of it, which allowed us to cook more at one time. We also liked the nonstick surface and the design of the handles. Fortunately, this pan fit the configuration of burners on my stove top, but it will not fit every brand of stove top. Compared to the prices of the Calphalon nonstick skillet and omelet pan which are similar to my everyday pan, the price of this griddle was much less. I would definitely recommend this product.

much smaller than i anticipated. the sides are too shallow. Too expensive.

The Analon Nonstick Double Burner Griddle was exactly what my daughter was looking for for her family of five. They use it almost every morning and she can cook for all at the same time. It is the right weight, covers her two burners very well and cooks evenly. I'd buy it again!

The griddle works great on the burners and cooks evenly. The only draw back I have is that it is just a few inches to small (side to side).

Nice size. Cooks pancakes, and eggs as well as nicely grilling sandwiches, etc.<br>Easy to clean. Comfortable handles.
