This is a very strong, heavy aluminum cast pan. It holds up to it's reputation of additional edges of brownies. It comes with a small spatula shaped to go in between the additional sides of the pan. We heavily sprayed it, and used strips of parchment paper to help loosen the brownie and were able to drop it of the pan without difficulty. We look forward to using it for lasagna.

The Edge Is Great For Brownies

We love the Edge Brownie Pan. It takes a trial run to get used to the baking time and look of the brownies (They look done much sooner than they really are!!!!). You should really go by the regular cook time, but we love the edges and this pan makes them GREAT.

Best Christmas Gift I could have purchased.
