This deep fryer far surpassed my expectations. I am in the restaurant business and have extensive experience with commercial frying equipment. The quality reminds me of the equipment that we use in our business. This fryer performs at a high level and will satisfy 99% of the people who buy it. The design and ease of cleaning will astound you! Everything comes apart and can be cleaned in about 5-10 minutes. It still looks like it just came out of the box after using it for several months!!. The oil filtration design is also ingenious. By allowing the oil to be drained and stored outside the cooking area, the unit will not develop grease "build-up" in the areas that normally are hard to clean. Our family likes to cook Mexican Chimichanga's on a weekly basis. Our previous fryer could only cook 2 Chimi's at a time and the recovery time to heat the oil back up was about 10 minutes. This unit allows us to cook 4 Chimi's at a time and the recovery time is instant. You will not be disappointed if you buy this unit!!

My son is the cook for his family. This was a gift for them. He absolutely loves it. Especially the cleaning and draining ability. So easy to take care of and the results he tells me have been spectacular.

Made in China but what isn't these days? Notwithstanding that, the quality is first class. No kitchen should be without this piece of equipment, works great and easy to clean.
