Cat currently appears on Iron Chef America where she is the first and only female Iron Chef. Much of her cooking is inspired by her Greek heritage, as well as her Mississippi upbringing. Cat is also the Executive Chef of Bon Appetit Magazine and is the President and Founder of Chefs for Humanity, a charitable organization that gathers the culinary community together to raise funds and provide resources for important emergency, educational and hunger-related causes. Cat is also the author of two cookbooks.
