Originally destined to be a lawyer, Adam Roberts enrolled in Emory Law School. Three years in, he was miserable and turned to cooking to stay sane. Upon graduation, he moved to NY to pursue a writing degree at NYU and today is a full-time writer and the celebrated blogger behind The Amateur Gourmet, as well as the author of the subsequent book, The Amateur Gourmet: How To Shop, Chop and Table-Hop Like A Pro (Almost). As the host of FoodNetwork.com's weekly web show, The FN Dish, Adam will live every Food Network fan's biggest fantasy as he goes behind the scenes of Food Network. He'll visit our chefs on set, in their hometowns and lucky for viewers, he'll share the dish: The FN Dish.
