Price Match

We make every effort to offer the best values. If you find a better deal advertised by any other retailer - from Amazon to Wal-Mart - we'll match the item price PLUS give you an additional 10% bonus of the competitor's Total Order Price. The 10% bonus is given in the form of an electronic gift certificate.

How It Works:

If you should find a lower advertised price on an in-stock, identical item, you can submit a Price Match request before or up to 14 days after your purchase from us. Simply forward your order confirmation email or send an email to support@foodnetworkstore.com and include a link to the retailer's website promotion with the lower price. Please include "Price Match" in the subject line of the email. Once approved, the price match will be calculated and refunded based on the item price.

Calculating the Item's Price Match:



The Item Price match is calculated by the difference in the price of items before any discounts are applied on the competitor's website.

Calculating the 10% Bonus Gift Certificate


The 10% Bonus Gift Certificate is calculated based on the competitor's total order price. The total order price includes: product price, shipping fees (if applicable), and sales tax (if applicable).

Exclusions

The Food Network Store Price Match Guarantee is only valid if the product is in stock and available for shipment and is not applicable if the other retailer's price is based on unadvertised deals, members-only pricing and offers (e.g. Amazon Prime, eBay auctions), in-store only and online coupons/discounts, and special sales including product clearance or closeout sales. Any advertised gift with purchase offers, such as additional products, gift certificates and rewards points, will not be included with this offer. Price Match Guarantee is also not applicable to product prices altered by gift certificate redemption, club points, or other promotional money-back pricing. Not applicable to international orders.
