You will receive a shipping confirmation email, shortly after your order ships. To view the status of your order, simply click on the link provided in the shipping confirmation email. You may also go directly to our Order Tracking page and enter your order number/zip code to view your order status.

How and when are confirmations sent out?
FoodNetworkStore.com order and shipping confirmations are sent to you automatically via e-mail. You will receive your order confirmation shortly after placing your order. You will receive your shipping confirmation after the order ships – usually the following business day, although some orders that include pre-ordered merchandise or merchandise that ships directly from suppliers/partners may ship at a later. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours of your order or shipping confirmation as expected, please contact us using our Order Inquiries Form or call us toll-free at 800-565-FOOD (800-565-3663). FoodNetworkStore.com shoppers can ship gifts directly to friends and loved ones! During the Checkout process, simply indicate where you'd like your items sent. FoodNetworkStore.com offers a gift wrapping option for $4.95 per item. When you choose to gift wrap an item in your shipment, FoodNetworkStore.com offers one complimentary gift card per shipment.
Please Note: Oversized items or some items shipped directly from the supplier will not offer gift wrap. See the product pages for details about particular items.

Our store collects sales tax in all U.S. states except the four states that do not charge a sales tax: Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire and Oregon. The appropriate state sales tax will be added to your merchandise total and displayed for your review prior to confirming your order. The amount of sales tax collected for your order is dependent upon a number of factors including: the location the merchandise ships from, the type of item, and the ultimate destination of the shipment. Can I place an order for an item that is temporarily out of stock?
We currently do not have a backorder system at FoodNetworkStore.com. However, we will occasionally make items available for pre-order, where you may purchase the item now to be shipped no later than a specified date in the future.
