The Great Bundt in Baking Heaven
by Colleen, SC
February 15, 2011

Having used many a bundt pan that was too small or the cake stuck to the pan sides...this bundt pan is very worthy. I like the handles on the side, These handles make it easier to slide in and out of the oven in addition to turning the cake out onto a cooking rack.

This pan met all of my expectations. I was most pleased with the non stick quality of this product. The cake I made could not have turned out any better. I am going to enjoy this pan for a long time.

Large tube pans are hard to find.

I gave this to my friend for Christmas. She is always cooking pound cakes and uses recipes that have been around a long time. The old recipes make larger cakes and all of the new bundt pans do not allow for such large amount of ingredients. She was thrilled with this pan and called me to let me know that her first cake in the pan turned out beautiful.

Capacity
by Tammie, GA
January 15, 2011

I prepared a true pound cake. Pan was not large enough to hold and maintain all the batter. Advertised as if it was the larger pan used in the old days. No larger than the one I have. Maybe it is advertised as a limited edition to justify the price.

My wife is thrilled with her new Limited Edition Nonstick Bundt Pan by Nordic Ware.
She immediately went to her recipes and baked a cake.
The cake slipped right out of the pan liked it was ejected.
Thanks so much to let us know of this great product.

When I received my new pan I made the Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake featured in Food & Family Magazine. It turned out perfect! Love the thickness of the pan and the handles are a real plus.

60th Anniversary Bundt Pan

This pan is wonderful! Well designed, with handles to grip the pan. A beautiful finish and the interior platinum non-stick finish is amazing. Hardly any crumbs left in the pan. Washes easily and is large for bigger cakes. This is a winner! I bought this for myself for Christmas and I am so glad I did.

I was looking for a heavier bundt pan. Mine must be 50 years old and looks like it. Another new one I bought was very lightweight and prone to stick sometimes around the center. I am very pleased with this one. Have used it once and the cake came out beautifully.

LOVE

This is my third bundt pan -- the first lasted 35+ years before I replaced it. The second one's still going strong, but I decided to get this new one for the increased capacity and the handles. Beautiful pan with superior nonstick.

Now I can bake the way I like to!

This pan has been on my "want list" for years, literally. I have seen bundt pans in the store, and they have seemed so flimsey! This cake pan is substantive, cooks evenly, has handles to make the pan easier to remove from the oven, and the cake comes out without any breaking or crumbs coming off. I was/am delighted with it, and would give it as a gift, if I knew anyone who baked "from scratch" today. It is a great addition to my baking utensils.

I purchased the pan to try a cake recipe in the Kraft Food and Family magazine. It is larger than most pans and the cake slipped out easily. Clean-up was a breeze. I would definitely recommend it to others.

This bundt pan is the best I've ever owned. It's a perfectly weighted so it provides even baking. Nothing flimsy about this pan. Nothing, nothing, nothing sticks to this pan. The first thing I baked in this pan was ooey, gooey, sticky monkey bread. It practically flew out of the pan! Wonderful, wonderful pan! I'm looking for a new, unique recipe to make in that pan right now!

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Don't be daunted by the challenge of greasing a bundform or Bundt pan. Try this tip to make it easier: apply melted butter to the pan using a pastry brush, making sure to get into all the crevices. Put it in the freezer for a few minutes to solidify the butter, then flour as usual.
