Love This Bundt Pan!
by Gail, GA
February 4, 2009

I've had a smaller, much lighter weight Bundt pan for years (the one you can easily find at almost any store) but wanted to give this heavier, larger Bundt pan a try. It's absolutely the BEST. Thanks to its larger size (it's deeper, not wider) I'm able to use some of my old family recipes for cakes that were larger than most of the current recipes. My cakes have been evenly baked in this pan and I've had no problems with anything sticking to it, which sometimes happened with my "cheapie" non-stick pan, regardless of how well I greased and floured the pan prior to baking. I also love the little handles on each side of the pan -- makes getting the pan in and out of the oven much easier. While I was concerned at first that this pan would not be worth the difference in price between this one and the "cheapies," I quickly discovered that it's definitely worth it. Also, the Food Network Store shipped quickly and safely (it was well-packed with lots of bubble wrap). Two thumbs up on this one!

This pan is fantastic! I learned about this pan on Martha Stewart show when the representative from NordicWare was on. It holds 15 cups which is the amount of batter in the older recipes which have been handed down from family members. The cake turns out beautifully and cooks evenly. It was so good that I had to order one for my mother and cousin.

I am so pleased with this Bundt pan. It holds more batter than any other bundt pan I have. This makes it possible to bake some cake recipes that would run over in my other pans. The price was less than the manufacter offered for the same pan. It's this great price and service that keeps me coming back for more.

I had a bundt pan that I always had problems with!
No matter what I did the cake never came out of the pan well.
This pan cost me more but with the results I get....it was well worth it.
It's worth the money, the cake slides right out and you feel like using the pan and making more bundt cakes.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Don't be daunted by the challenge of greasing a bundform or Bundt pan. Try this tip to make it easier: apply melted butter to the pan using a pastry brush, making sure to get into all the crevices. Put it in the freezer for a few minutes to solidify the butter, then flour as usual.
