Coffee on Demand Programmable Coffee Maker by Cuisinart

We love the internal carafe that keeps the coffee hot versus a glass pot that sits on an element and cooks your coffee after it's been made. The coffee tastse much better this way. Also, we really like being able to dispense once cup at a time. Very easy to operate. The 5 oz cup measurements seem odd to me since most coffee mugs are larger than that. Had to experiment in getting the water to coffee ratio worked out to our taste. Probably the only draw back is that you can't fit a thermal coffee cup under the dispenser so you have to dispense it into a smaller cup and transfer to a thermal travel mug.

One needs to remember that this is just another coffee maker with an internal pot. It's great for your guests to serve themselves at the touch of a button and the coffee gage on the front is fantastic. It allows you to keep an eye on whats left in the pot when you are entertaining.

I had to old version of this maker. I loved the old one and love the newer one even better. The change I appreciate most is the fact that you can remove and fill the water reservoir. I also appreciate that it lights up when dispensing the coffee so you don't miss the cup ;-) My old one lasted six years so I'm looking to get the same use from this new one.
